- Orders are delivered to the address specified by the customer at the time of purchase. - Only laminated products (Alu Dibond or Acrylic) are eligible for home delivery. Paper photo prints and digital formats are either available for pickup or sent via email. - Countries eligible for home delivery include EU countries, Northern Europe, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea, and other selected regions.

2. Delivery Times

- Delivery within European countries typically takes 15 business days. - Delivery times for countries outside Europe or US may vary and are subject to customs processing and distance.

3. Shipping Costs

- Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are added to the order total. - These costs will be clearly stated before the customer completes the purchase.

4. Shipping Process

- Once the order is confirmed, customers will receive an email with order details and tracking information. - Customers can use the provided tracking number to monitor the status of their shipment.

5. Delivery Issues

- Customers are advised to inspect the condition of their products upon delivery. - If the product is damaged or missing, the customer must contact customer support within 3 business days. - Customers must provide photos of the damaged product and a copy of the order receipt for claim processing.

6. Customs and Duties

- For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. - As of July 1, 2021, all purchases shipped outside the EU are subject to taxation.

7. Unclaimed Orders

- If the customer is not available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave the order at a pickup location. - Unclaimed orders at the pickup location will be returned to the lab. In such cases, the customer can request a reshipment, but refunds for delivery charges will not be issued.

8. Customer Responsibility

- It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the product upon delivery and report any visible issues immediately. - NeuroScan AI Solutions Oy is not liable for damages caused after delivery due to improper handling or maintenance.
