Track Your Order

Three ways to find where your piece is right now:
1. Check your order confirmation email
The fastest way. When you placed your order, we sent a confirmation email with a "View your order" link — that link takes you straight to your order status page, including the FedEx tracking number once your piece ships.
Can't find it? Search your inbox for "Eye Gift Art" or "order confirmation". Check spam/promotions folders too. If it's truly missing, contact us with your name and email used at checkout — we'll resend it.
2. Sign in to your account
If you created an account at checkout (or after), all your orders are saved there with live tracking.
No account yet? You can create one using the email you ordered with — your past orders will appear automatically.
3. Email us
If you can't find your confirmation and don't have an account, send us a quick email with:
- Your order number (starts with #)
- The email address you used at checkout
- Your full name
We'll reply with your tracking link within one business day, usually within a few hours.

Common questions
My tracking hasn't updated for a few days
FedEx scans typically update every 12–24 hours. If there's no update for 5+ business days, contact us — we'll investigate with FedEx and resolve it.
The tracking shows "delivered" but I don't have my package
Wait 24 hours — sometimes FedEx marks "delivered" early. Then check with neighbors and your building manager. If still missing, contact us — we'll file a claim with FedEx and replace your piece if it's confirmed lost. Full details in our Shipping Policy.
How long after approval until shipment?
Online pieces: 3–5 business days production + 3–5 business days shipping = roughly 1–2 weeks total. Studio premium pieces: 2–3 weeks production + shipping = 3–4 weeks. Full timing in our Shipping Policy.
I haven't received the capture link yet
For online orders, we send the capture link within one business day of your order. Check spam/promotions, search "iris capture". If still nothing after 24 hours, contact us — we'll resend manually.
