Shipping Policy

Every piece is made and shipped from the United States. Here's what to expect.

How long it takes

Production starts only after you approve your digital preview. We don't print until you say yes.

Tracking

You'll receive tracking information by email within 24 hours of shipment. Most US orders are FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery.

For international orders, tracking includes customs status.

Customs and duties (international)

We are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) for the EU and UK — duties and taxes are included at checkout, no surprise fees on delivery.

For other international destinations, customs duties may apply on delivery. Check your country's import rules before ordering.

Delivery exceptions

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays (weather, holidays, capacity)
  • Customs holds
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Recipient unavailable for delivery

If your order is significantly delayed (more than 5 business days past the estimated delivery date), contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Lost packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you didn't receive the package:

  1. Wait 24 hours — it sometimes shows "delivered" early
  2. Check with neighbors and your building manager
  3. Contact your local FedEx office
  4. Contact us — we'll file a claim with FedEx and replace the piece if confirmed lost

If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, contact us — we'll investigate.

Damaged in transit

If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with:

  1. A photo of the damage
  2. A photo of the shipping box (if also damaged)
  3. Your order number

We'll replace the piece free, expedited.

Studio pickup (NYC + Chicago)

If you ordered a studio piece and prefer to pick it up in person, select "Studio pickup" at checkout. We'll email you when it's ready and schedule a 30-minute pickup window at our New York or Chicago studio.

No shipping cost for studio pickup.

Holiday and seasonal cutoffs

For guaranteed holiday delivery, order by these dates:

  • Mother's Day: Order by April 25 (online) or April 10 (studio)
  • Father's Day: Order by May 25 (online) or May 10 (studio)
  • Holiday season (Dec 25): Order by Dec 8 (online) or Nov 15 (studio)
  • Valentine's Day: Order by Jan 25 (online) or Jan 10 (studio)
