These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our site and any orders you place with us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Who we are

We are an art studio that turns iris photographs into one-of-one pieces — canvas, acrylic, photo frames, jewelry. Company info is at the bottom of this page.

Using the site

You can browse the site without an account. To place an order, you'll provide your contact and shipping information at checkout.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not attempt to disrupt, hack, or scrape the site
• Not upload iris photos that are not yours, or that you don't have permission to capture (e.g., a partner's iris with their consent)

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Accounts

You may create an account to track orders and re-order from your iris on file. You're responsible for keeping your password secure. Notify us immediately if your account is compromised.

Products and pricing

• All prices are in USD unless otherwise noted.
• Prices and product availability may change without notice.
• We try to display every product accurately, but colors and finishes may vary slightly between your screen and the final piece.
• Each piece is one-of-one — drawn from your specific iris pattern. No two pieces are identical.

Orders, approvals, and the "no print without approval" promise

When you place an order:

1. You pay at checkout.
2. We send you a guided link to capture your iris (online orders) or schedule your studio session (studio orders).
3. We prepare a digital preview within 48 hours (online) or one week (studio).
4. We do not print or produce your piece until you approve the preview.
5. You may request up to two free design revisions.
6. Once approved, we craft and ship your piece.

If you request more than two revisions, additional revisions are billed at $25 each.

Payments

We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Affirm, Afterpay, and Klarna. Payment is processed securely by our payment partners. We never store your full card number.

For installment plans (Affirm/Afterpay/Klarna), separate terms apply between you and the payment provider.

Shipping

See our Shipping Policy for full details. In short:

• Made and shipped from the USA
• 3–5 business days from approval (online pieces)
• 2–3 weeks from approval (studio premium pieces)
• Free shipping on orders over $200

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Returns and refunds

See our Refund Policy for full details. In short:

• 30-day full refund if your digital preview doesn't move you (no questions asked)
• Free replacement if your piece arrives damaged (within 7 days)
• Once approved and printed, the piece is yours

Your iris content — license to us

When you upload your iris photo or capture in our studio, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use that image only to produce, deliver, and (if you permit) re-produce your piece. We do not use your iris for marketing, advertising, AI training, or any other purpose without your explicit written consent.

You retain all rights to your iris.

Our intellectual property

The store name, logo, website design, photography, copy, and the visual style of our pieces are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without permission.

You may share photos of your own piece on social media, including with our handle — that's a license you grant us to repost.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order or use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits or data
• Delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control

This does not limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts of New York County, New York. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
