Caring for your framed print
- Dust the frame and acrylic glass regularly with a soft, dry cloth
- Avoid harsh chemicals or cleaners — they can damage the frame or glass
- If the acrylic glass smudges, clean it with a microfiber cloth and a mild soap-and-water solution

How does it work?
Order your piece, then we email you to book a private studio session in New York or Chicago. We capture your iris in studio with professional lighting, design your artwork and send a digital preview, you approve it, and we craft and deliver your piece.
Where are the studios?
New York and Chicago, by appointment only. Each session is 60 minutes, private, and includes the capture, lighting, and a consultation with our team.
Whose eyes go into the piece?
It depends on the design — from a single iris up to several. Each iris is captured individually, then composed into one artwork.
When do I see a preview — and what if I don't love it?
After your session we send a digital preview. We never print until you approve. You get two free revisions, and if it still doesn't move you, a full refund within 30 days.
How long until it arrives?
Premium pieces are crafted after you approve — production takes about 2–3 weeks, then Express shipping (or studio pickup). Shipping is free.
What if it arrives damaged?
Email a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it free.
Can I pay in installments?
