Online pieces are captured at home — no studio visit, no appointment. After you order, we email a private, guided link. Using just your phone, you capture your iris in about 10 minutes by following the on-screen guidance, then submit your shots and our team takes it from there.
Your piece is crafted after you submit your photos and approve your digital preview. Made and shipped from our partner labs in the USA — 3–5 business days, FedEx tracked. Shipping is free.
We don't print until you approve your digital preview. If your preview doesn't move you, full refund within 30 days — no questions, no fee.
If your piece arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it free.

Do I need a professional camera?
No. A modern smartphone is all you need — the guided link walks you through focus and lighting step by step.
Whose eyes go into the piece?
It depends on the design. Some pieces are made for a single iris, others for two to five. Each iris is captured individually, then composed into one artwork.
When do I see a preview — and what if I don't love it?
Within about 48 hours. We never print until you approve. You get two free revisions, and if it still doesn't move you, a full refund within 30 days.
How long until it arrives?
